If you’ve been jonesin for some Powerbook goodness, now might be the time to run out and snag one. All of them come standard with 512MB of RAM, the processor speeds have been modestly bumped (the high end going from 1.5Ghz to 1.67Ghz) , faster everything, and trackpad scrolling, a method to scroll up and down/left and right in windows by touching two fingers to the trackpad. New backlit keyboards and standard Airport Extreme round out some of the feature highlights.
You’d figure that with all of these improvements, Apple would be charging more for the newly enhanced Powerbook line, right?
