A new episode of Futures in Biotech is up and available for those with a passion or interest for biotechnology and biology news. Episoe 3 features Dr. Marc Vidal, who joins Marc Pelletier and Leo Laporte to discuss the next big step in the human genome project now that the genome itself is mapped; mapping the interactome, the human protein-protein interaction network. Dr. Vidal lays the groundwork for his quest in this first part in a two part episode, and gets into what his work could mean for medical research. Next week he’ll pick up the torch again and get back into detail.
