The TWITs are finally back from their August vacation and back to making podcasts for us to enjoy every week! This week Leo Laporte, Robert Heron, Wil Harris, and John C. Dvorak gather around to get back to business and discuss the week-well really, the month’s-technology news.

Among the topics they bring up this week are a Google exec on Apple’s board and what that means for Apple and Google’s relationship, Windows Vista pre-orders at amazon, massive plasma displays and what they mean for future television technology, the end of MSN Messenger as people are forced to use “Windows Live Messenger,” the Brazilian government is the latest in governments requesting search data from Google, the Zune is apparently nothing new-and in reality just a modded Toshiba player that flopped originally, and speaking of Microsoft, they want to patent conjugating verbs. All this and more.
